yeah that is happening in Balmung server. I am still waiting.
It is just peak hours. During Peak Hours the servers now are having some horrible effect with latency for a lot of players which can cause crashes, lag spikes, and being kicked from the server.
It should die down in a month or 2 like back in 2.0 through.
