Thanks for the info, it seems a reasonable assumption of a 115 cap - just wish they'd let us know, it's so annoying that if it was 120 it would only take two appraisals to get minimum collectability! Dammit SE! XD

Methodical doesn't have a cap. Its based off your perception, none of the appraisals have a cap.

Interesting, how do we get it to increase then? If adding an extra 70 perception doesn't add 1 point to appraisal above 115 it must be using a very convoluted formula... Or not be based on perception at all, contrary to the tool tip.

If there was longer to mess with nodes then I'd do more investigation but as of now, everything points to either a cap or a bug.
