Two FATE Achievements; Where are these FATE's?

Correction just popped for us. Popped at X36, Y24, the part 1 fate and Royal Levin weather does appear, almost the same as Odin weather for part 1. It is called "Long Live The Coeurls".

Level 60 FATE just popped on Greg (Gilgamesh) server and we downed it, got my Achievement and 5 horns , plus the 7 I had I bought both items ;O

It popped at around 11:15 EDT.

So recap:

"Royal Levin" (Green)
Stage 1 at 11:00pm EDT - East of Tailfeather
"Royal Levin" (Green)
Stage 2 at 08:00am EDT - West of Tailfeather (can also spawn East of Tailfeather)
"Royal Levin" (Blood red!!!)
Stage 3 at 11:15am EDT - 13,13 inside the moutain (unknown locations for the other 2 spawns)


Now I just wanna figure out the Vdreflnor (whatever) Devoteth FATE ;\
and the Proto ultima one too of course

Prey Online is the Proto Ultima Fate in Azys Lla. It gets an exclusive weather called "Hyper Electricity".

Obviously, but this tells exactly NOTHING about how to get it to show up if there's a trigger (which I really think there is)
Same with the one in Churning Mists - it does not simply spawn by itself.

Coeurls Chase Boys popped 4 hours+ after the 1st part. It's my theory it pops 4-5 spawn timer between the trilogy.

Guess you did not read my post at all.

Phase 2 started 9 hours after phase 1 ended
Phase 3 started 3 hours after phase 2 ended or 12 hours after phase 1 ended.

There can be a variable time, its not set to 4-5 hours.

I did read your 1st post. Even one guy from Reddit reporting the fate appearing in 4 hours+ from the previous part, and I said it's a theory, not a accurate assumption.

Darkscale has failed, Darkscale has been defeated (all 3 FATEs) during umbral static, during other weathers, not sure if a combo of fates need to be completed in a given amount of time or whatever

But it definitely does not spawn normally.

Instances are crippling the testing of this due to the split playerbase not doing as much FATEs.

I haven't seen it either and I've been in Churning Mists for most of the week looking. Have done the Darkscale chain like almost a dozen times now. Can anyone confirm actually seeing this fate?

New info on the Vedrfolnir fate You also need to do all the side fates that are related beside the Darkscale ones!, End of the Rainbow (spawns from a blue dragon npc just outside Zenith 13,24), Rastaban fate, and maybe Mogicide (I think cause it says Darkscale in the desc).. Then after all those are complete it'll spawn the big one =D, tested twice
