It will come when Ishgard opens, and it will connect the new city with platform 9 3/4.

Jokes aside, that technology suits the empire more. We might see them there.

This could actually be incorporated into a quest, maybe even have fights in the train then climb onto the roof and battle more soldiers, then some big flying garlean machine comes down and you have to battle it, like what they had in FFVII when trying to stop the train smashing Barrets hometown.

I really like the idea of a train ride. Unfortunately, all non-instant travel eventually falls by the wayside. Maybe as part of a type of caravan defense in future Garlean territory. Makes me wish there had been some kind of train in Movapolis.

A train would be pretty cool.

Add a ghost train for an instanced dungeon. Fight your way from the back to the front.

If they make train ride my son gonna keep on telling me to ride it... he loves train... but would be interesting to have one.
I remember FFXI map dat had a train which never came out (at least never came out when I was playing)
