You have a large cool-down on drawing cards, it only takes 1 cleric stance duration to put up 2 unmissable DOTS. Toss up some regens or even Synastry before going into Cleric Stance.
Combust 2 is the Highest total potency DOT in the game as well.
Very rewarding to cast it.
