Error 1014 is the new 3102

You would have thought that after several high profile launches, they would have realised that a HUGE number of people are going to log in the instant the servers go live. After them dropping the ball this many times, it's like theyre a department store manager saying "Nah, they wont bust the doors down as soon as we open on black friday.". Get with the program much?

Its not like they can really do anything about it. No mmo has flawless launches lol. I couldnt sleep either way, so im just taking this all in stride.

I love people saying this. It just amuses me to no end that people assume there's an easy fix for a large chunk of players hitting the servers all at once.

yeah, same here. it's a little irksome, but not entirely unexpected.

Well at least it let me change my race :D

You would have thought that after several high profile launches, players would a realized that a huge number of other people would login the moment the servers go live, undoubtedly leading to problems that could have easily been avoided by waiting a few hours. Get with the program! :)

It says world data cannot be obtained, like the server isn't even online. Not just a lot logging in a once.

Had ppl fantasia and log back in to quests while I've been messed over many times now.. they use vpn proxies to japan, but have worse overall ping.. All of them. Starting to feel like prioritized system atm.
