Honestly,that last update didn't help the game get better. It made it worse! I think that I won't play this game for a while until it becomes more easy and more fun to play. Also,interesting games are coming out in the coming months so this game won't even matter anymore. Why bother anyway?! The game is harder than before and I like to play solo?! I see that they want to make the game like FFXI! I hated FFXI!

If I ever play this game again,it will probably to try out the chocobos or if Ishgard is accesible

Agreed, mister! Hopefully 1.19 will lessen this FFXI feeling that took over this game exactly because the end of your post...you're neither the only one who hated FFXI or that is hating these changes.

That's why i support the idea of the original FFXIV becoming a spin-off game...this way FFXIV could become as hardcore as SE want and still those who liked the stressfree, casual-friendly proposal of original FFXIV would also have a spot in the shadow.

I agree with you OP. This last patch mainly blew hard, for reasons I have expounded on in numerous threads.

I personally love patch 1.19, brought me back into the game and enjoying myself. Auto Attack makes the game feel much more strategic instead of 111111112111111. I love the fact i have to watch my MP instead of making all fight trivial because I can non stop cast cures. I can understand why some people aren't happy. Now if I didn't have to run around to kill mobs that live for 4 seconds. I don't want an exact ffxi copy, but somethin that resembles ffxi pre-Abyssea/Astral Burning bullshit.

While patience is needed, people have been saying each patch since I can't even remember what number is going to be the "miracle cure". Personally, I think if you don't at least somewhat enjoy the game currently, you probably aren't going to no matter what patch comes out.
