my sentiments exactly, i hate how much wasted potential the leves had, especially in leveling alternate DPS classes. I was sooooo hype for Hunts, since i thought they would be like the Clan marks from XII, except instead they were just your typical MMO baddie with good drops to spawn camp.

Maybe? Maybe not? I would like to experience/see more info about them before deciding. Will they be group things or will they be bigger/longer solo leves that can be shared etc.? I really don't mind leves though so I should be happy either way.

If other members of your party have the same non-GC leve you can trigger and complete them together. So the Grouping to leve was still possible... it just didn't give much benefit most of the time.

They did show Group Leves back in the original FF14 1.0 Trailer with how the Midlander was choosing Leve cards for his group but never really introduced that function until now.

Well you could linkshare and do leves at ridiculous high + lvl adjustments tho. :P
Plus I remember being harder to begin with back then. (dem cactuars etc)
