Whats this in the Chocobo trailer?

sorry i was cooking some chocobo kabobs....

Looks like a little smoke to me, as well. No smoke from Black Brush, right? I forget, honestly.

Those factories dont throw off a big smoke and there is also no open areas with them close, the one with the Taru is very close, you can tell by scale from the previous one. Also non are near open areas if I remember, and they all have high lv mobs around such as piestes and giant goats.

My assumption too is the beast-man strong hold fire, it is the only explanation as we don't know how that is right now where as we know how all current things work.

And that guess is much better than guesses on things they've not yet announced to be in 1.19

I'd imagine since the trailer would have been made on their test server that other new impliments would also be in somewhere, so yeah, I agree with the beastman thing.

Only other possibility... the apaches have invaded Thanalan!

You can see the Blu-fog smoke from rather far away with your draw distance cranked I'm still gonna say it's them.

We'd probably be able to go to the place pictured to tell for sure if it weren't for the fact that everything in any given area looks the same. :P

Or go to the official site and then look through the screenshots. Couple you can see in there. They were in screenshots from before the alpha was out I believe.

Curious if everyone who thinks they're the reactors are color blind. Those are clearly green plumes, the one in the chocobo video are not.
