The Flames themselves weren't, but their leadership is in disarray, to say the least.

I am sure we will get a new rank that allows us to buy 51-60 GC gear. We just don't have the final patch notes yet. Wonder if the inventory issue will get updated in the final notes.

I'd like to remind everyone that we only have the preliminary patch notes.

To be honest, I can imagine the rest of the notes will be on buffs and nerfs, but we don't have everything yet. It could have something about additional ranks yet.

I just recently came back to the game, I quit right after launch. I was shocked to see no new ranks were added. HW would be a perfect time to add more.
