Cloud is in TT so where is everyome else?

You mean like the Kain, Prishe, and Yuna (and general villains) cards Kaiser-Ace requested in his original post?

Sounds like someone dislikes people who really enjoy FFVII as their favorite. Which is somewhat flawed. The remake itself has nothing to do with TT so that remark is quite irrelevant. VII just had a lot going for it. It's main game. A sequel. A movie sequel. A prequel. It's no wonder why people know VII a lot more than the others. The game itself is good and memorable. To say VII was good or bad is subjected to opinion. What is a fact is that a lot of people like it enough to warrant its references in XIV.

I believe the 20 new cards will be mainly about new heavensward characters/monsters. And if anything they should introduce more FF8 cards first, because thats where triple triad came from and they had cards of all FF8 characters there. That doesnt mean that i dont want a Sephiroth, Tifa or whatever card :P But if they started to make cards of every playable FF Character or Villain, then we would soon have hundreds of 5 star cards of which we can use only 1 XD Also they might run out of 4 digit combinations...

so instead of adding Legendary cards from say, Tactics series, Crystal Chronicles, Chrono series, Dragon Quest series etc we should just add more legendary cards from FF7 because it's got lots of spin off merchandise over the years?

I don't think I implied anything of the sort. I believe I was just explaining why people know and like FFVII a lot more than the other series. The game isn't bad. People wanting things from it to be in the game isn't bad either because us wanting the same from other series isn't any different. Saying it is would just be hypocrisy at best.

For the record, I like CC:FF7 not the OG. The OG FF7 was kinda lame with its plot pacing.

Yes there are other good games to name or mention, But due to fan hype etc 7 is more known, whether you like it or not. No need to be in such a uproar over it.

I remember once they said 20... but I only saw them list 5 in the patch notes.
