Having Trouble Staying at 30 FPS

You're welcome. Sorry nothing so far worked. Unfortunately I'm out of ideas for what is causing the issue.

I have the same computer, albeit not with the second 750m card. You should be able to run the game @ medium settings no problem, as long as you take care of those 2 things first:

1. Make sure that the unit is plugged in at a wall plug when running the game; the 750m requires auxiliary power to be able to run at full speed.
2. Since you have an SLI setup, you need the 170w power supply, not the default 120w that ships with standard y500 units

Unfortunately, I always run plugged in using my 170w adapter. Thanks for the reply though!

Just putting this out there because I don't see it in the thread so far: Is your laptop's power option set to Power Saver or Balanced (or something to those effects) instead of High Performance? Even when you're plugged in, having one of those lower options will kill performance.

No, it was on single display and prefer max performance mode.
