I pretty much agree with what's being said. DRG is a little more burst and 3 minutes isnt quite long enough for an accurate parse to compare them. Other than that, I would say just make sure your straffing or locked on to hit all auto attacks.

If you use Spine shatter and dragon dive just before you end the parse, drg will get a boost to the dps. 4min+ is minimum, preferably get a ninja to goad you and go for 6+ min.
Also target lock-on and I personally use Fracture only once and that's after the PB opener you listed (although I do it after the PB drops: Boot True Demo ToD Fracture.)
You have time for approximately 6 moves before you have to get DK and True up again, so that means during nor Al rotation you can add either ToD or Fracture between the reapplication of DK and True, but since right after PB rotation you go from DK -> True instantly to Boot -> Twin -> demo which means you just skipped one demo or snap. So you can add that Fracture without dropping DK or Twin .
Also you should consider changing the True into Twin in the PB opener. So it'd be Demo > Snap > Snap > DK > Twin > boot > true > demo > Fracture > ToD. That way you get IR and B4B effect on all the dots too
