I suspect that seals => exp scrolls will have plenty of people participating long term. Unlike a raid with limited gear that can all be collected, as long as you need to rank up crafting or gathering the scrolls come in handy. As long as the seal reward is commensurate with effort/time that is. 50 seals, I'd probably keep repeating to buy 200 seal scrolls. 1-10 seals....ugh...too much effort.
Now too decide which one to join....

But those aren't stackable. Gathering using those scrolls you would have to port back to town repeatedly. At least with crafting you can craft near where you buy them.

Additionally, they don't appear to give significant amounts of SP. I've been using them at rank 45 miner/botany and while they give a 50% boost to SP per knock, it only lasts for 15,000 SP or, in other terms, an extra 5k SP. Not sure if the amount scales based on your rank cuz if you got that much at low ranks it could potentially be quite a bit. 40+ though and it's somewhat dismal.

The way I understand it, they are the same regardless of rank. It would be nice if you could invest in higher ones:
200 seals +50% for 5,000 sp
400 seals +50% for 12,000 sp
1000 seals +50% for 50,000 sp
That would be kind of cool.

they also posted on a prior post that these escorts are leading the way to Halmlet battle system also that they said was coming in .20 or .21 so that should be interesting also. maybe will be something like the monsters attacking a grand company base.

You know what these missions need, the Chocobo Eater monsters from FFX to randomly come out of the ground or something to snatch yo Chocobos away/eat them/whatever lawls.

Caravans sound like a load of fun.
