I had a chat with a rep yesterday, and she requested my codes and I was to get them in 24 hrs, and today I got this email from Amazon:

Square Enix currently estimates that code redemption will become available in May, but this is subject to change. As soon as we find more information we would update the same on the website and codes would be automatically received via email to you. Buddy of mine at work got his Amazon PS4 early access code today as well.
I can confirm it was sent last night. so Amazon should have given them out a day ealier than what was posted on the website.
