But why? (glamour nonsense)

Jet Black and Pure White dyes... I have received 2 Jet Blacks, after spending 1000's of ventures, and I wish they would just give us an obtainable means to acquire them already. Getting these has become beyond frustrating.

My biggest annoyance with glamour is of course the restrictions. Just remove them already.

In any case, yes. No cross-class glamours (one way anyhow...because it works perfectly well the other way around of course) is absolutely stupid in a game where you can level up all classes to cap on one character. And so many different glamours, in so many different grades, when all the ingredients are the same for them is also just as stupid. Couldn't agree more with those.

I agree class restrictions on glamour is stupid. Someone should necro the original post about this.

Amen to that. Probably my biggest pet peeve of them all. They could have saved themselves a lot of time and us a lot of trouble by making a single glamor prism per class which works universally on all items.

Just imagine how many new ones they'll have to add when Heavensward arrives and we get item levels up to 200?

I wan't all gear are dyeable and can have more than 1 dye.

i strongly believe the class restriction on glamours is mostly ineffect to prevent whm's from glamouring PLD or DPS, vice versa, etc, raid gear/AF/tomes/primal stuff. That alone is a good reason to enable a class restriction.

Acolyte, foestriker, and the sets from Brayflox normal are drab?

I still don't understand why the Hempen Tunic is locked to Disciple of War when it has absolutely ZERO stats added to it that would justify making it for DoW in the first place….its statless…..completely statless.

Some of the class specific ones bother me. Any DoW class can for example wear the Infantry Thighboots from brayflox and can therfoe glamour them. Then you have the Saurian Boots of Striking, which are the exact same exept dyeable, but I can only use them as glamors on my mnk/nin. If they are going to limit so much stuff to classes, I want to see at least a little more variety in the stuff that can be glamoured to all classes. I've created and image for my character that I want more consistantacross all my classes.
