The NPC is called Etienne but I really can't read what's written for the name of the place. Is there a link for the video ?

Edit: after watching it Yoshida says 忘れられた騎士団という酒場だ。
which means "the bar called : the forgotten templar". I still don't know what that last kanji is though

not that kanji, the kanji on the name place it's not 騎士団　but 騎士something.

One is posed like Aerith and the one inside like Balthier. Could be them..idk. SE did say we would see characters from previous FF.
