Just tie tomestone rewards to points earned. Not to placement, so you're not shafted by someone squeaking in a point past you, but to points so the better you do, the more you earn.
The main problem with Frontline queues is the GC restriction above all else. With there being no class/job restriction, and players having the ability to change classes once inside, the GC restriction is the ONLY reason players are kept waiting for a significant amount of time even after a sufficient number have queued up because it has to match the right number of people from all GC's including the least populated/dominent, and then invariably some people who queued up out of the most populated GC get shafted and don't get to join the match.
Increasing Poetic tomes awarded to the winning team will mean more players shift sides to the GC that wins the most (it's happened before) and that will contribute to the imbalance and polarization we have already, and not solve the problem.
The part that's an outrage is that the amount of time we are being made to wait is completely unnecessary and SE is willing to waste our time in the name of 'lore' in a way that adds almost no value vs. how much inconvenience it causes. Unlike with dungeons where there's a reason we have to wait for four players to be matched up in the 1/1/2 Tank/Healer/DPS ratio, this is the ONE form of instanced content we have where we should be able to actually PLAY vs WAIT once there are enough willing players but SE gates it by GC so instead we have to wait 45 minutes + for a match for no damn good reason.
I love how we can do a daily roulette as well as challenge log for pvp exp. I'm mainly doing pvp cause i want to use the i180 sets for glam and possible use in game. My main concern though is that the pvp exp doesnt scale at all nothing changes except the challenge log. even if you spam pvp all day your still getting same amount of exp just requiring more instances per rank. really really wish they would scale it a bit more with your increased rank. I don't think we need an increase in tomes though. I mean cmon with 2 experts and the 2 frontline roulettes i've already capped on eso's for the week just pvping in like 3 days and we definitely don't need more law since i'm now buying gear sets i cant even use yet with law just to blow the stuff.
Remove the limits on GC participation and PvP queues will pick up.
Yoshida expressed concerns in the live letter that this will lead to match fixing, but it can't be any worse than the confused, all-DPS parties or shameless leeches we deal with now.
How about GC in need bonus ? Even if it's just Gil like for dungeons it could still be incentive. It'd also clearly communicate in the DF screen what's missing so people could try to speed their queue by asking folks from the missing GC to join.
