Eh from a super official SE source, no, but I have to wonder how all the fansites were given the media kits (i.e., the black dragon and white dragon concept art) and then suddenly started calling them Nidhogg and Hraesvelgr respectively.

I just find it curious that all these sites seem to pick the same name "Hraesvelgr;" I don't think it's coincidence and since it coincided with what appears to be a media release I see no reason to doubt it
