Just don't switch class/job mid-leve or you will get punished for it. (I tried that and I got my exp received from that leve reduced - didn't get full exp if I just did it as the class I started it as rather than switching to use an action from another class to pass monsters [Stealth, that's you])
*[level 25-30 leves - Started as a conjurer, switched to fisherman/miner/botanist for Stealth, and switched back and got docked rewards from it...to be fair they did warn me]

I thought switching jobs mid leve was same as abandoning leve.
