This is not an empty plot. It's a plot someone else owned that you paid to make them relinquish it. There are no empty lots on your server.

Then your list should be empty, because it's not impossible to get houses. just because you don't want to pay extra to get a house doesn't mean there is no housing.

I think Famfrit is also out of Houses of any type in all three areas. There are definately no Smalls or mediums, and I didn't notice any Larges open either.

Housing atm it too expensive and inaccesible for the average player. It really is a broken system. Great list btw.

Throw enough money at it and you can make it happen.. Problem is, some people are so adamant on the idea that housing price should be exactly the fully depreciated price and a penny over that amount is a rip off..

Way I see it, SE simply set a price based on server population that they thought was a good starting point. It is not an official appraisal value by any means and circumstances can change things.

How much do you consider affordable? and how much money do you suppose an average player has?

Because I know some people who think 500k gil is a ton of money (even at lv 50) and some others who think 50m gil is chump change.. What do you consider average?
I'm genuinely curious about this because it's very hard to gauge "average" in this game.. I've run into a raider in fully decked out dreadwyrm gear who only has 50k in pocket and sometimes I run into somebody who has no lv 50 with over a million.

Last I checked, good luck getting a house in Lavender Beds on Behemoth.

Sargatanas has no unoccupied Small plots the last time I checked, and very few Mediums.

I thought we were getting more housing wards at the expansion, just not in Ishgard yet. o.o
