Anyway.
I also am in MST. Currently I'm on Lich which is an EU server but it's quite comfy. Busy in the morning/afternoon here, since over in Europe it's afternoon/evening. Evenings it depends, I play evenings but it's around midnight server time so it tapers off a bit.
About coils, I know many people on my server do them (I'm only on T9) and I know/see many people with Dreadwyrm gear and FCOB clears.
So they exist and are numerous but I don't know any FCs personally looking for anyone right now, sorry :(

Reason.
1. Little to no RMT because it's locked and you can only get on if you join somewhere else and pay to transfer.
2. Because DoH is here...
3. Lots of people. so mostly quick queues.
