If you are just trying to get classes to 15 for job reasons, than hunting log/FATES are your best solution. Beyond that, dungeons are great for exp especially if you have rested bonus as well as it not being your highest-leveled class so you get +100% exp, and with food goes up another 3% plus some extra stats. For Dps best to do FATES while waiting on dungeon ques, tanks and healers usually get in quick enough.
I've basically taken myself from level 30 - 44 on Fates and leves cos Imma dungeon chicken (and a friend warned me not to eat up all the quests with one class) >.> Getting a little sick of running around the Highlands like a headless chicken though and have dived into the dungeons. Daily roulette is awesome for EXP, but kinda poop when it keeps landing you in Satasha or Copperbell Mines lol
The daily roulette bonus exp value changes with the dungeon you get. In the end you'll roughly end up with the same amount of exp according to your level. (as 45 you get 60k bonus for a full dzemael run, for sastasha you get 130k bonus - at least that should be the numbers, the only class i leveld with roulette was nin x.x)
About the not use up all quests on one class... Level your first class with all quests you need - with every other class you level after that you get +50% bonus from FATEs. I.e. if you level with fates on the first and use quests on the second you are practically slowing yourself down :x
When Ninja first came out i pretty much just leveled mostly doing fates and leves. Queue times were absurd
Also may not seem like much but exp food and FC buff help as well
