Purchasing EU heavensward outside EU

I'm using that as a 2nd option though. Right now waiting for a friend in the FC to get paid so he can buy it for me from the SE store in exchange of me buying something else for him digitally. Kinda roundabout way but they did say amazon gives the preorder/early access codes on the day of early access which I want to avoid if possible.

I am living in Thailand, and I am able to use my credit card on se website though. Indonesia is also in south east asia, right? I'm not sure why it wouldn't work for you.

But earlier though (like when 2.0 just went live), I wasn't able to use my credit card on se website at all, has to resort to ultimateplay > paypal to buy crysta. Just about recently after they removed ultimateplay, somehow I was able to use my credit card to purchase crysta directly then(doesn't work with paypal though).

Do you need a NA Heavensward? right now I have a NA one but my account is EU. Cd key sites tend to sell region keys. There are a few reputable ones out there.
