In my experience it's always been the bard that does that. But that's because I'm usually the healer at the time.

Running around in circles after the healer trying to get Fast Blade, Savage Blade, Rage of Halone combo on the monster #tankproblems >.>. Had that in Steps of Faith just earlier today, it makes me feel like a bad tank ><.
