Why is the PS4 digital CE of Heavenward not available?

I never said anything about square holding the preorder back. I said has there been an update and if not can we can an update from the community reps. Also the people responding in this thread (thanks for your input) haven't provided concrete information they are going on speculation by saying things like " I think" and "I heard". It's almost a month til early access starts I don't want to just wait til it's out and miss out on opportunities afforded to other people.

It's not your fault, but these PS4/PSN Digital CE threads are getting old. Please read the previous posts/use the Dev Tracker and do not worry so much. You're getting scared for nothing. This isn't the first time an expansion hasn't been available this close to launch for any MMO, and it won't certainly be the last. You'll be in a worried state come again this time around every year at this rate.

Thank you. I do follow the dev posts but I thought they would throw us a bone like "we are still working on it" etc or provide clarification on why it is such a task getting it on psn. If people understood the process it would probably stop a lot of the questions.

If you actually never got to have the chance to pre-order, there's a 99.99% chance they'll do a promotion where-in PSN users can opt to get the items provided they provide proof of their PSN Store purchase, either through the PSN's account history or receipt information, what have you.

SE is pretty much catering to everyone; even the Steam users are freaking out. But they've already gotten a response that they'll get to pre-order. They only haven't said anything to PSN users because they've responded to them already for the umpteenth time.
