Heavensward Dungeons Needed for Quest Requirement (level 50)

The Hildebrand quests and trials should be mandatory (but aren't). Not for Heavensward, just in general. For everyone. Everywhere.

Well, I mean, Hildibrand is supposedly coming back in Heavensward, I imagine you'll have to do Hildibrand's ARR storyline to experience the new one in Heavensward.

But yes, if when that content was released it wasn't the first thing you did I feel sorry for your sense of priorities.
