They exist on Behemoth, and they are not Lalafell, they hail from White Knight chronicles, where they were the Lollipop guild , it's their name man....and they moved the cocktail party to FFXIV when WKC was killed off. I believe there is a group of Lollipops on another server as well, but the main group is on Behemoth.
