Will the Lightning hair ever return?

They'll probably bring it back for the anniversary extravaganza like they did last year, along with the Shantotto and DQX events

World's already full of it. There already has been two (or was it three?) opportunities to get it. Everyone and their cousins have that hairdo on. (Seriously, 8 out of every 10 female I see.) It's obnoxious. Time to turn towards more original pieces imo, as much for the devs as for the players.

They should just make lightning's hair available in the cash shop along with all the other event items that have been and gone. Then people can stop whining that they missed the event or that its not available. If they want it that badly then they can pony up for it and keep SE in business while they're at it.

NO! No more lightning, I am lightning, only I can be lightning, no new scrubs allowed to have the things I have, because then I won't feel special!

I have a feeling it might come back, after the expansion, since there will be new players. Or, in the cash shop (hopefully they'll split the package up)

Personally, I'd like to see this added in some way so new players, or those with alts, who didn't get the chance to acquire the item, can do so. It doesn't hurt me or affect my gaming, there's an inevitable opportunity to become FFVII's Cloud, one cannot consider a hairstyle to be "too many" in number.

I believe SE will still continue to make new events, and carry on holiday events.

It's ugly rubbish, and I'll never understand why so many people want it. It pains me to see practically every other female character on Famfrit run around with that thing.

SE needs to put in more new FFXIV styles instead.

Why do you keep asking for things in the cash shop, especially things that were developed with the money from our subs? Things that, if they have to give again, it should be in the game? Where's the logic to that? Do you like to throw your money? Then do something useful and give it to someone that actually needs it.

I'm fine if the event returns so that newbies have a chance to obtain the items (maybe with the anniversary, once again), but FFS, stop with the cash shop pleads. This is a P2P MMO, one of the few that still exists, or at least it should be.

Here's a thought and as much as I dislike CS idea...:
Put them Cash Shop. There I said, it's probably going to be there anyways because
people missed it so much, a lot of other events are in Mog's place too.
But let it be like a few bucks or so, don't go crazy with a hairstyle price.
Do not be surprised if the gear is there too someday.

Otherwise no, I want no more events about her of any kind. If we had another you'll
be seeing more people ask for it again...and again...and AGAIN because they missed it.
Move on to other SE titled games.

I don't have a problem with they adding it again. I already have it but look like you guys want something more to say "I have it and you don't".

Adding it to the shop wouldn't be bad too, though.

You'd think the world was full of them for a reason. Perhaps because people like it?

The only other hairstyle we have that goes over the shoulder requires that half of your head be shaved.
