OH YEAH. If you from the UK it's BST (Daylight Savings) so times went 1 hour forward. So servers wont be up till 12. SE made me forget about it.

The EU Lodestone says that the maintenance was due to finish at 11am GMT. It's now 11:17am (I'm in the UK, thus GMT). So I think they have just gone over slightly.
