Err, they used to post prelim patch notes that didn't give away anything that could affect the market (the fact that they have to do that is ridiculous, but hey, people are opportunistic scavengers and do what they can to beat the system), but they messed that up a few times. I'm guessing that's why they're not doing it anymore.
