Good, I guess it's the OCD in me but I was just thinking how frustrating it was that I keep getting +3 and NQ items lol :) I'd be ok with keeping gear qualities the same. I have all these old +1 and +2 mats in my inventory I don't want to get rid of either just because they are still better than NQ :PQuote:

Yoshi's comment specifically says "materials"...
I suspect that Finished Goods will just be grandfathered in. There is no need to take them away because recipes or other things don't depend on them (mostly). Their value/presence will also diminish over time as no more new ones are created, there is player turnover, and newer better gear is introduced.
That's what I thought at first as well but people seem to be adamant about it not being the case. All we can do at this point is hope for an official response that directly talks about current equipment.
