ACC should be priority. Crit and Det isn't needed anywhere(won't affect much really), but ACC literally changes the way you play some content. And who knows what might be in store in 3.0.
At the very least, it's not hard to find a book with Det or Crit on it, but you will NEVER find a SCH book stacked with ACC.
