1 - Really hot flames can have different collors.
2 - Ifrit is da man, he could have pink flames for all that I care and
3 - Did you even notice that the blue flames are NOT common flames but part of the whole brainwashing ritual the Amalj'aa performed, or did you just mash X during the cutscene then complained about the color?

He's not complaining about the color, smart guys.

The quality of the effect is much weaker than everything else in that cutscene and all the ones before and after it. It looks like something rendered by a Dreamcast, while the rest of the game looks awesome. The color is fine, the effect is poorly done.

Is that easy enough for you?



I personally agree that it looks bad and doesn't fit with the rest of it all, but it is kind of a minor complaint at this point in the game, where they're still rebuilding large amounts of the core game mechanics. One bad effect during one cutscene is pretty small.

the part where he breaths fire is ok its the burning part im making a note of. its funky looking, seems like a single layer flame with no depth.
but whatever i would keep addressing the subject you people get to defensive as if im trying to kill the game or something.

Everyone knows the hottest part of a flame is blue. (If you didn't you should smack yourselves right now)

The effect it's strangely bad, it's true.
Btw Ifrit it's a friend of nature: he don't burn petrol, but METHAN !
