We can narrow it down by this:

Victim was attacked with controlled ferocity and extreme anger.
The only person I can think with anger issues is Marauder because they seem kinda pissy when fighting and that PLD has a crappy attitude...Everyone else seems fine.
Fine, clear, blue dust found on the body of the victim.
THIS CANNOT BE A SHIVA WEAPON! The Shiva weapon is for 50's!
Area near wounds found to be slightly frozen. Unknown cause.
NIN and BLM are the only ones who can use FIRE/ICE magic...
Multiple slashes by a sharp object on the back of the victim.
Either done by MRD/PLD/NIN.
Found are a diagonal slash and one horizontal slash in a cross fashion.
MRD/PLD/NIN could do this...MOST likely NIN.
Body was slightly burned due to fire magic. Inflicted post-mortem.
BLM or NIN but since BLM is a mainly Ice user I still wouldn't rule him out.
Traces of ice magic was found, but not anywhere near the victim.
BLM/NIN: The BLM said he wasn't near her but heard a scream as he was practicing...
Healing magic was detected nearby. Unknown target.
Nearby is the keyword. CNJ/PLD...But the NIN said the CNJ tried to heal her....meaning she was there...but PLD CAN USE HEAL too
but he may not of been around...I'm looking at the NIN mostly tbh.

I'm pinning it on the NIN using Murda abilities to blame BLM. ;p

I looked more into it today, even if Nin can't use Hyoton and Suiton, I still think blue flashes could be from Ten. -> Fuma Shuriken.
Water Sprites probably agroed the victim which is why we see blue dust. Maybe Victim killed one. Which is why whm senses disturbance.
Controlled velocity -> sprite. IDK whm quest shows them being bitchy.

I can't explain why victim is frozen tho.
But I will always blame the ninja because they are sneaky.

MRD/Shiva Weapon(It says ignore weapons restrictions)/Storms Path for the finishing blow.

It's only been around a couple of days. Wouldn't want to spoil the mystery in such a short time, right? Don't worry, I'll post the answer by the end of the week - kinda like how the ENTM voting rounds were done. :)
