lol so true

Ls leveling system with perks based on LS level would be cool ( yes like WoW)... I know my OP is mostly about turf but im also looking for a overall LS discussion and ways to get LS more integrated into gameplay, rather than simply being a social network.

I dont think ive ever seen this happen in any mmo, its kinda cool tbh. If only SE gave us a reason to do so or a benefit of doing so lol.

Well at one point Grand Companies were thought to provide a home for a Linkshell and its members to hang out at, craft, be social, or whatever else they wanted to do.
Since we never got Linkshell Housing, and the Markets are so flooded with retainers, we moved to the streets. We claimed our spot, and haven't really looked back. Most Linkshells really do respect one another when it comes to their "turf." Very rarely do I see multiple shells on top of each other in town.

Problem on my server is that my LS claimed Ul'dah but ppl keep coming there to camp out.. so annoying heh ><

I guess you never walked down the hallway outside of the Whitegate mog house, or looked at the large poles in the central section either. I played on a couple different XI servers, and each pole was claimed, and the hallway was jacked by the LS with the highest epeen level.
