I can confirm that it has been happening to me on Coeurl as well. It's pretty frustrating to watch your queue get tanks for 10-15 seconds over and over, have them disappear, get a healer over and over, and have them also disappear. I had a 2 hour queue at one point for a low level roulette at noon on a Sunday. That is completely abnormal. What fixed it? I withdrew from the queue and got placed in a dungeon in 25 minutes after that. I want to point out that this has happened multiple times and that the 2 hour queue was the most egregious example, but I have also had multiple 60-90 minute queues that I withdrew from when I was experimenting to figure out what was wrong. Every single time when I requeued my queue was fixed afterward.
