I am from Singapore and I have an EU account

Probably have to wait for it to show up in other retailers that ship to your country like Amazon.

Singaporean with EU account here. Majority of my static has this problem where we have eu accounts and cannot pre-order anything. Amazon uk and gmg, even if stocked, will be locked regionally too thus limiting direct purchasal and since there is no local distro here, we have to rely and hope for local game shops to parallel import in the correct regions, which until now is all NA.

Weird that my friend with a NA account is able to pre-order from the na store with no problems.

Qisahn has the game. The physical CE (which is only for NA) is SGD$249 (or USD$180) for PC and SGD$245 for ps4. For the standard version, you can choose either EU or NA region.

Having the same problem. I have an EU account and staying in SEA.

They shouldn't have region-lock if the user only wants a PC Download. How does that even make sense... it's just a download. There's no shipping fee or anything.

Same for me, using EU account but stay in Malaysia. Was able to get ARR from greenmangaming but don't think we can get it for Heavensward now since it's locked regionally for EU/UK version. All I can do now is wait for local retailer or for any site that allow us to buy EU version from them.

They really should have taken into account that they released EU codes all over the world... but now they're region-locking even digital versions. It's just cray-cray. Doesn't make sense. I hope they do something about it in the upcoming weeks.

It was available for players outside of EU for ARR but I think it was change later on after release not sure why. Now totally not available for players outside of EU right from the start :(
