The Broken Pre-order codes

Yeah i ordered mine from EU sorry for late reply, in LotA lol,

but yeah it told me to input the code and nothing happened, stated it was invalid.

Someone got this its the same as mine. Kinda vague as it says you redeem the code closer to the time. If the code is applied directly to my account thats fine but when I logged into mogstation it shows nothing theres nothing on it atm to say if I got the preorder status. Whole process seems a bit messy atm expecially since when I've preordered the expansion theres no way to verify its all done atm. At least the expansion is 3 months away so plenty of time to sort the issues, heaven help yas all tho if we get these things happening days before Early Access launch! D:

Thanks for the image! You'll need to apply your code on the Mog Station, but it does not accept that code yet (detailed instructions will be sent closer to launch). :)

Yes, some European retailers will be delivering pre-order codes, but not all of them. :)

So my code should work, i just need to wait till closer to the time? cause when i input all the digits it gives me the error but i guess itll become valid closer to launch

The pre-order code is not the same as the early-access code.
EU SE shop bought only gets the early-access code it seems.
At some point you will get an email to inform you that you can use your early-access code.


You mention not seeing anything in your mogstation.
It should show that you now have a Heavensward License.

No, Mog Station codes cannot be redeemed yet. We will email users when the codes can be redeemed.

Hmm, I thought it would already show up as you owning the expansion tho? My mistake if that is not the case.

I would imagine that if you pre-ordered through the SquareEnix store that it would link your account and apply digital downloads automatically, but ah well. Too bad this isn't how it works, would save a lot of trouble! *whistles innocently*

so i've got the same as in picture, is that the only code we get as thats for the early access? or does that give us all the preorder bonuses too?
