kinda disappointing

Well, at least I hope block rate is high enough...

At the moment, I hate when I block an attack, and just when I press Phalanx, the shield drops... Man, If I blocked, I should be able to Phalanx, even if the Shield drops in the time between that and my press (about 0.5 sec?) lol

we already have skills that enhance the rate of blocks so im sure more of this will com into play.

and for phalanx, i really hope they make the icon light up only when you can use it.
