Please fix the Store

How are we supposed to even order the expansion when you are BLOCKING people from even ORDERING? The region blocks are enough but the blocks on the stores are ridiculous.

While I completely agree that this should not be an issue and that SE needs to fix their crap, I have to ask: have you tried using a VPN to pretend to be in the region it wants you to be in? Again, not something that should have to happen, but trying to suggest a possible workaround.

Now I can't access the store at all.

"Service Unavailable"

well the store is dead for the last 10 mins i have gotten "service unavailable" so yep, looks like they pulled the plug for the moment.

Also would be nice to know if its a SE Store exclusive or not, as already mentioned for US market:

I wish I could buy my copy for 129 Euros. I have to pay £129, or 182 Euro (or US$190).

As it stands, I'm considering not even getting the physical copy which is quite sad because I like to have such things. But when a company feels like it can do this sort of thing, it make you think twice about your purchases.

Please don't region block your store Square Enix...i'm playing from Indonesia using the NA client and I can't even buy Heavensward DL version from your store cus you region block and won't accept overseas Cards :(
