Whether you like it or not EQ were server first on T9 savage. If you didn't want them to have the pretty unfilled circle you should've done it yourselves.

I... Do agree that i fail to understand the reason for the blaming. Server first is server first -- there was nothing misleading about it, nowhere was it said that they cleared it before 2.4 or anything, and Ex did not clear t9 back in the days, so, Eq IS server first on it, for all intent and purposes. If somebody has a problem with that, they would be welcome to clear it themselves first; except that's the point, no one is even attempting the damn thing except them. Please don't go in the "everyone can clear it anyway with i130" argument when a grand total of zero groups on the server cleared it before that... pretty please.
