I would enjoy some parade-like hologram shows to appear over the stage in Event Square. Similar to what was seen in FFXIII where the Eidolons and other characters were depicted playing out historical events.
They've already got the overlooking circular balcony so they could very well make the most out of a vertical and 360 degree show.
It could definitely work in GS, they have the event square, they should use it! =D
It would be the perfect stage for concerts. ^^
