When a White Mage uses Holy in dungeon mob pulls. (If I don't die)
And when a Dragoon uses Doom Spike on them.

Healers that dps, heal and stance dance
Tanks that knows when to do a mass pull or group by group. Knows when to help dps by putting on sword oath or turning off defiance especially if you're ot
DPS that actually uses support skills to help the party, from mantra to eye for an eye, to songs all the way to summoners helping the healers conserve mana by ressing.

When a DF DPS does more damage than me in ShO/Defiance.

Getting that zodiac item first try :3

It really brightens my day when people roll need on things that they actually need.

-Tanks that don't stop to mark targets

-Healers or DPS that politely ask for larger pulls or to move faster through a dungeon rather than rushing ahead on their own.

Players who follow marks
Players that don't run from the tank if they get agro.
Getting the jackpot in mini cactpot.
1% HQ success on gear.
In game recognition.

when first timers in castrum and praetorium are allowed to watch the cutscenes.
the music in WP HM...for now.
finally getting that drop.
People who don't see the well equipped tank and automatically assume "speed-run."
actually getting recognition for being a good bard.

Also does Foe's Requiem when the healer is trying to help dps mobs down :p. I like BRDs who Foe's on the boss so that you can get some extra dps in!

-When a bard uses the correct songs, at the appropriate times.

-When people use potent poisoning potions in boss fights or on mobs with a lot of hp.

-When doing ST or CT and clearing in 25 mins or less.

-Tuesdays (reset day)

-When I get 10,000 MGP on the mini cacto pot.

-Getting Zodiac dungeon drop on the first try.

-Getting Alexandrite from a FATE.
