You can also Range slow people with Feint, sure its just 10 seconds but trust me it can fuck up healers and blms.

My favorite thing about playing a Bard in pvp is knocking people off the top of the platform and them falling to their death( it is a bonus if it is a healer ), My favorite knock off was the one that won us the game. But on topic Bards are good in pvp. Just fight what you know you will do good against and try to always keep range on the target. As PLD I can 1v2 Bards they are super squishy as are BLM's.
