I don't trust my retainers as far as I could throw my Curtana - these are people who routinely steal pieces of houses after all and then claim "they found it in their travels". I definitely wouldn't want to trust my well-being to these thieves (it's probably why they're retainers in the first place - they just couldn't cut the mustard as far as being 'real' adventurers goes). :p
