Seems like you could use a gear investment or just wait to get some leveling under your belt if you're having trouble just getting the things made without any quality points.
It's still not too terrible of XP to just do the lower tier crafting dailies everyday and do the turn-in provisioning. Not only for the Elachi guys, but for your Grand Company as well. Okay seals and a great chunk of XP if you give them a HQ one. You can buy what they want if you can't easily make it.

I... I don't get the point of this post. You don't enjoy crafting, so you tried a questline that requires crafting. You found that you didn't enjoy it (big surprise?). And... that's it? Why did you post this here? You aren't looking for advice on how to get better at crafting, or advice on how to level your crafting classes, or advice on how to do the Ehcatl Nine quests with limited skills/stats. You aren't even whining or complaining about the quests, leveling crafts, or crafting in general.
On topic, I don't like Chinese food. Despite that, I tried some for lunch yesterday, and it just wasn't very good. Guess I'm not eating more Chinese food then. -

Odd, my crafting classes were level 20 when I started getting the daily quests to do 2-3 HQ items per quest and I got the HQ pretty easily. My advice is get HQ gear and level atleast all crafting classes to 15, so you can get their cross skill.

03-05-2015, 09:08 AMNyaliaDo you have Hasty Touch (CUL 15) and Tricks of the Trade (ALC 15)? Those two are incredibly useful for these crafts. I strongly recommend getting them. If you seriously want help, if you post your stats, cross-class skills, and the name of the item you're having trouble making, I can craft an optimal rotation for you using a simulator. CRP 15 means you have Rumination, which is really nice in the right situation, especially if you have access to Waste Not (LTW 15) which combos really nicely with it. (You can get yourself to two synths from finishing progress, and then finish all of your Quality moves leaving you at 10 durability, and then Ruminate, then Waste Not with the CP from Ruminate and do your last two synths. This essentially results in spending ~12 CP to get 1 extra step, which is a really amazing deal since that normally costs ~27.)Quote:

So as it turns out, having the Extra CP from Accessories really works.
Might get these other crafting classes up but for now things are workable with just Culinarian and Carpenter for the sake of the quests. If I hit another block I might try those out. -

Assuming you know the Hasty Touch spam + mend method.
As other have already mentioned, you probably need better gear and watch your debuffs - the debuffs stack and only the debuff given to you for that particular craft to complete the craft; right click off the older debuff(s) (or just clear all your debuffs before you talk to the NPC to get your next quest material! -
