Shiva card

Got mine on my third Shiva Hard Mode.

You can hate me.

I complete over 6 mahatma from shiva hm and in the end i get the card from extreme mode.

Personally I don't think EX have a higher drop rate than HM, I think it is just pure good/bad luck.

Plus EX queue times are really slow even as a healer. The amount of time waiting for the queue + battle time, I could probably do more than 6 HM, which is almost instapop.

ex modes definitely have a way higher droprate than hard modes. From my experience and what many other people say HM card drop rate should be 1-5%, ex mode around 10-20%

that's because it's actually possible to wipe ex, unlike hm

I needed 20+ runs to get Shiva card from HM, for Terra, I don't even know how many runs I did(too many x__x), Bartz I got about in 10 runs :3

try mog hm, every 2nd df group wipes because dds push the boss while ignoring the adds.

doubt that, ifrit HM can still wipe...

0/127 Ex runs would be more impressive. I am not however impressed by that number from Hard mode fights. We all know the drop rate is worse. You're using the weaker method and you seem surprised at the results.
