Cant say I noticed that, but I did notice NPCs over the course of several hour long grinds suddenly radically changing their starting moves as well as follow ups to my moves. I never changed my deck during my grind, but I went from winning about 70% to losing about 70% because the NPC just wouldnt return to its previous standard moves.

I say was because after getting 30 NPCs last night and getting Squall card, I have a new deck I made I have yet to test, with 2 cards changed based on adding Squall. New one consists of replacing Bahamut with Squall, and due to Squall's strengths covering different ranks than Bahamut, I had to strengthen the upper rank, so I replaced Baderon Tenfingers with Momodi Modi. If this deck works just as well or even better I'll post back later. Theoretically it should increase win rate a bit.

i dont think regional rules apply too him at all. neither the other 2 faction npcs do.

also after reading that they plan on making "adjustments" to certain npcs because they were overly unfair with 2.55 i have no doubt swift has a VERY HIGH number on that nerfbat list lol. and to be honest he deserves it. a deck this strong with limited playtime because of him only playing a few hours per ingame day combined with chaos rule and then also having the horrible droprates of a 5 STAR CARD is plain crazy. so hell probaly be nerfed.

i really hope they do something about the droprate of 5 star cards from dungeons and gold packs aswell. its outright silly at the moment :/ the chances are so small maybe except for onion knight that its hardly worth the time.

I find that Random rule set is much more manageable once you get a 3 star deck (to farm her if you need her card), but if you're just there to get the one and done win towards the Squall card achieve, shouldn't be too hard.

Swift not only has a really badass deck, but he's also only playable a few minutes every hour or so and has a rule set that makes it so you can't even really use a strategy against him other than "hope I get this card next OH GOD WHY IS MY SQUALL GOING OUT FIRST WHAT A WASTE I LOSE GG".

I beat him by luck on the second try (we draw'd on the first attempt) and he gave me Raubahn card too!

(But yeah, that bastard!)
