I have plenty leve allowances and am talking to the levemete, also contacted a ingame GM and they just sent a letter saying to report as bug but with those reports no one responds to you directly so that wont help me at all. totally frustrated over it all and bout say heck with it
That's really unfortunate to hear - but SE have the right of it, this definitely sounds like a bug that needs reporting so that the development team can try and figure out exactly what it is that is causing it (and hopefully then be able to patch). Accordingly, so they have as much info to help them in this task as possible, you need to report bugs using a standardized format, which although seems time consuming and troublesome, is really the only way they can do this. Bugs have no magic bullet that can fix them I'm afraid.
One last thing you could try is to change to another class other than ROG and see if the levemetes still refuse to grant you levequests or not - if leves become accessible once again, you could then try switching back again to ROG to do them. Sometimes bugs have workarounds that may actually 'fix' them). It's worth a try in any event.
Tell us PRECISELY what you're doing, that may help us narrow it down. At the very least I'd like the name of the NPC, the precise thing he's saying, and the levels of your classes.
Also, is this your only character? Have you made other characters as well? Might you have unlocked leves on a different one?
